Scheduling & worker

A worker that publishes, reminds, retries — and knows when to stop

A BullMQ + Redis worker auto-publishes, fires manual-post reminders, polls native metrics, and retries with backoff before dead-lettering. One global kill switch halts everything.

The honest-automation engine

Three tiers. One promise: we only auto-post where it's actually allowed.

Every connector is classified by what the platform's official API actually permits us to do — so you never wake up to a banned account.

Tier 1 · auto_post

It publishes for you

Where a platform's official API genuinely allows programmatic posting, the worker ships it on schedule — no tab, no copy-paste. A few need their own app credentials first, and say so below.

  • Bluesky
  • Mastodon
  • Dev.to
  • Hashnode
  • Discord
  • Telegram
  • X (Twitter)
  • Facebook — prefilled composer until connected
  • Instagram — copy-out reminder until connected
  • LinkedIn — prefilled composer until connected

7 connectors publishing end-to-end

Tier 2 · assisted_post

One-click prefilled handoff

APIs that restrict automation get a prefilled composer instead — and so does anything above that you haven't connected yet. Reddit also validates each subreddit's rules before you hit post.

  • Reddit — refuses subs that forbid promotion

1 connector, zero ban risk

Tier 3 · manual_export

Guided copy-out

Where no API is open to us — a community that forbids automation, or an upload endpoint only an audited app may call — you get launch-ready copy, a copy button, and a reminder at the scheduled time.

  • Product Hunt
  • Hacker News
  • Indie Hackers
  • TikTok — Content Posting API needs an audited app
  • YouTube — upload API needs a verified app

How it works

From blank page to launched, in three moves.

01

Write one brief

Describe your product once. The AI engine drafts platform-native, multi-variant copy — each respecting that channel's format, culture, and live character limits.

02

Schedule the launch

Queue everything on a timeline. The BullMQ + Redis worker auto-publishes where APIs allow, fires reminders for the rest, retries with backoff, and honors a global kill switch.

03

Track what converts

Short-link click tracking, native metric polling, and a conversion webhook feed one dashboard — so you see which channel actually drove the signup.

Core differentiator

It never silently does something that gets your accounts banned.

Most schedulers fake automation on platforms that forbid it — and quietly torch your reputation. LaunchBeam is built on the opposite promise.

  • Never ban-your-account automation

It auto-posts only where a platform's official API genuinely permits it. Everywhere else it hands off cleanly.

  • Effortless manual, not fake manual

Prefilled composers, copy-to-clipboard, and timed reminders make the non-API channels a two-second task.

  • One global kill switch

Pause every queue instantly. Dead-letter handling and signature-verified webhooks keep the system honest under load.

The launch playbook

Not just posting — the whole growth motion, as a living checklist.

A directory engine, email drip, metrics catalog and conversion checklist ship in the box — so momentum doesn't stop when you hit publish.

Questions founders actually ask

The honest answers, including the ones about what LaunchBeam deliberately won't do.

Why doesn't LaunchBeam auto-post everywhere?

Because most platforms would ban you for it. LaunchBeam auto-posts only where a platform's official API genuinely permits it. Everywhere else it writes the content and makes manual posting effortless — prefilled composers, copy-to-clipboard, and reminders at the right moment. A tool that promises to auto-post to every network is either not doing it or is quietly risking your accounts.

What are the three capability tiers?

Auto-post means LaunchBeam publishes for you through the platform's official API. Assisted-post opens the platform's own composer with your content already filled in, so posting is one click and one review. Manual export is for platforms with no usable API: LaunchBeam prepares the copy and assets and reminds you when to submit. Every connector states its tier up front, and a few degrade from auto to assisted when a permission is missing — the landing page shows which.

Will it post something without my approval?

Only what you scheduled. You review and approve copy before anything is queued, and a per-workspace automation pause stops all posting, email and agent activity immediately while leaving analytics running. The marketing agents go further: nothing external happens without an approval the database itself enforces, and paid ads are created paused behind a second approval before any money moves.

What happens when the free trial ends?

The 14-day trial needs no card. When it ends, your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and everything you created is still there. Pick a plan and it unlocks exactly as you left it. Paid plans start at $19/month.

Do I connect my own accounts and my own email?

Yes, and that's deliberate. Platform credentials are encrypted before storage and never logged. Email sends through your own provider — your Resend key or your own SMTP — so your sending domain builds its own reputation and your list stays yours, rather than sitting behind someone else's shared IP.

Which platforms are supported?

16 connectors across the three capability tiers: Bluesky, Mastodon, Dev.to, Hashnode, Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Product Hunt, Hacker News, Indie Hackers, TikTok, YouTube. Alongside them, a directory submission engine tracks around ninety launch destinations with their real costs and lead times.

Ship your launch from one deck.

16 connectors, 3 honest capability tiers, ~63 directories, 17 SaaS metrics — and a worker that does the tedious part for you.
